Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Romeoz Apps governing your use of the ChainRace app. By downloading or using ChainRace, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ChainRace. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

• You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your device and Apple ID secure.
• Choose a username that isn't offensive, misleading, or impersonating someone else. We may reclaim or reset usernames that violate these Terms.
• Guest accounts are tied to a single device and may be lost if the app is deleted. Signing in with Apple keeps your account across devices.

Acceptable use

When using ChainRace, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or interfere with the game or its servers.
• Attempt to access other players' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app except as allowed by law.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Content and ownership

ChainRace, including its puzzles, design, name, and artwork, is owned by Romeoz Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial enjoyment. The usernames you create remain your responsibility; by using them in the app you allow us to display them to other players as part of gameplay.

Termination

You can stop using ChainRace at any time and delete your account from Profile → Manage Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Disclaimers

ChainRace is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Romeoz Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any).

Apple's terms

If you downloaded ChainRace from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we update the effective date above. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
