Delete your account

You can delete your ChainRace account and its data at any time, right from the app.

Delete from the app

Open ChainRace and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Manage Account.
Tap Delete Account and confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you'll be asked to confirm with Apple one more time for security.

What gets deleted

Your profile and username.
Your wins and losses.
Your friends list (on both sides) and any pending friend requests.
Any challenges or matchmaking entries tied to your account.
Your sign-in credential for the app.

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. If you signed in with Apple, you can also review apps using your Apple ID under Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple on your device.

Playing as a guest? A guest account lives only on your device — deleting the app removes it. To clear a guest account's server data first, use Delete Account in the app before removing it.

If you can't access the app but want your account deleted, email [email protected] from the email associated with your account (or include your username), and we'll remove your data for you.
